Humans are losing the ability to sleep. Maybe you've had a window in to this catastrophic prevalence, in your own body, with a loved one or with a child.
You've likely tried the sleep hygiene. The supplements. The routines. This is different.
Â
What you haven't been told is that what you do to prepare for sleep actually happens during the DAY. This is what we will unpack in these lessons.
Â
Effortless Sleep works at the structural layer — teaching your body to create space and ease throughout the day, so rest becomes natural by night. You're not simply bio-hacking your bedroom. You're coming home to your body. A body that has the capacity to deeply rest. EFFORTLESSLY.

What one woman said:
"Before I started this course, I was sleeping on a hybrid mattress which felt super firm to me (it’s probably not lol) because I was co-sleeping. But it got so tough to sleep because baby is a light sleeper and would also stay latched all night—but I move and move and move (my husband says thrash around) so it was just kind of a miserable situation with neither of us sleeping. We then moved baby into a different room with my husband so I could start sleeping better but I still was not sleeping. I basically was blaming the baby this whole time but really it was me.
Still didn't have the awareness though, so I bought this THREE INCH very expensive non-toxic “memory foam” mattress because the more firm mattress didn’t “hold me”.  I’d roll and twist and basically fall into these weird positions (now I know collapse) to try to stabilize my body in the night. It made me uncomfortable, causing numbness, neck pain, back pain and hip pain. I always got hip pain from more firm mattresses. The timing of this course was crazy because this was literally days before I started the course. I had a great first night of sleep but noticed when I practiced open sleep posture on the floor I was way more comfortable than I was in my bed. So I took the topper off! And have been sleeping worlds better since!! Nursing in an open posture when my husband brings my son to me around 4am has gotten much easier. Exactly what I was looking for!"Â
