move toward
assessment & outcome generation

naming what you want, in move-toward language.

+the outcome creation process

the full five-part way to name what you want: seeds of desire (innate, present-tense, "i am / i have / this is mine") · map vs. territory (your blueprint is the map, you are the living territory) · becoming the match (you can't call it in as the old self) · the god space (let go of the how) · time & belief (your timeline mirrors belief, not a deadline). an outcome is a 180° turn from what you don't want.

+the god space / letting go of the how

the "how" belongs to the divine. you take precise, inspired action with the thing — then surrender. outcomes that land often exceed what your mind could have scripted. this is the doorway out of step 1 and into the void.

find itvv outcome creation process pdf · the void & softening (feb ’26)

+co-creation

outcomes that involve another person — pregnancy, a home, a marriage — follow different rules. they must be ecological and include everyone affected. use "i" for personal outcomes, not "we" or "our." (note: sexual / sensual energy is not co-creation — it is entirely yours.)

find itoutcome creation: co-creation (jan ’26)

+the multiplier principle

women are natural multipliers — seed to human, house to home, food to meal. the key is focusing on what you do have, not what you don't. learning to move your material world before the money arrives builds the capacity to hold it when it does.

2
create awareness
identifying your feedback loops

noticing what comes back to you when you act.

+feedback loops (n = 1)

your own evidence. what comes back after you take an action? it's yours alone — not instagram's, not your husband's. this is the experiment that makes the work yours instead of borrowed information.

+everything is information / everything is for us

nothing is against you. even an upper limit, a trigger, or a thing you didn't get is data — and it feeds right back into this step. when you stop making it mean something bad, it becomes usable.

a primal skill — like reading the wind for weather. notice your own patterns in how you choose, act, and create, then deliberately interrupt them to build new ones.

3
recognize mismatches
where what you say meets what you do

finding the incongruence — and the leaks.

+internal & external importance

the integrity teaching. external importance = an outside pressure (a diagnosis, others' expectations) given so much weight it pushes in on your vessel walls → collapse, flooding, sinking. internal / self importance = inflating yourself or ignoring your environment, pushing out → leaks. balance between the two = integrity (biotensegrity). most mothers swing to one; practitioners can hold both at once.

find itintegrity, energy & transformation (aug ’25)

+energy leaks

where your charge escapes — sharing a nugget too soon, giving what isn't yours to give, breaking agreements. leaks often show up as money or your children's health. seal the leak and the fill comes in.

find itintegrity, energy & transformation (aug ’25)

+beliefs & leverage

saying one thing while believing another. a deep-rooted belief has more leverage in your life than a new desire — until you rewrite it. building capacity incrementally lets belief and desire line up.

+shadow & the archetypes

triggers are evidence. the victim, the child, the saboteur show up at your edge. the work is taking that as information and adjusting — not acting it out, not blaming the person who triggered it.

+complaining vs. issuing a complaint

complaining and venting are two sides of one coin — they drain momentum. issuing a complaint is advocacy with a standard, moving toward resolution.

foundational principles · pyramid of stability

precise action — then back to the foundation.

+precise action

the right, inspired action from your own design — then evaluate it. not someone else's how. blocks are rarely a lack of knowledge; they're an inability to take the next step.

find itprecise action, pattern recognition & personal growth (apr ’26)

+the 5 barriers to action

perfectionism (there is no flawless — diamonds are graded on their flaws) · fear (signal or noise?) · breaking rapport (discomfort when you move against family, church, or culture) · control (looking outside yourself, comparison) · overwhelm (a collapse of the wave).

the threads

what runs through all four

a few things don't sit in one step — they weave through the whole spiral.

charge & resourcing

the ground of everything. you can't move through any step from an empty cup. gains and drains decide whether you have the energy to build.

step 4 ↔ every step
beliefs

they shape what you can call in (step 1) and they surface as the mismatch (step 3). belief is what gives the outcome its shape.

step 1 ↔ step 3  ·  see the anatomy of belief below
secondary gains

the hidden benefit a problem, symptom, or belief gives you. the question: what is this protecting me from? what does it give me?

step 2 ↔ step 3  ·  skills calls go deeper
the thread, gone deep

the anatomy of belief

beliefs run through the whole spiral — they shape what you can call in (step 1) and surface as the mismatch (step 3). this is the teaching underneath that thread: how a belief is built, why it blocks an outcome, and how to rewrite it.

belief=story×feeling

story = conscious & unconscious thought  ·  feeling = emotion + physical sensation. feelings and emotions aren’t the same: excitement and fear can share a body sensation yet be different emotions.

The belief-outcome gap: language, thought, attitude, people in your field, body charge, emotional regulation and identity standing between belief and outcome
what stands between what you believe and what you’re calling in. language is primary — swap “move away from” for “move toward.” underneath it sits the unconscious programming of fu · cu · ru.
The pyramid of belief: identity rests on patterns, on habits, on beliefs, which are fed by experience, fu cu ru, parental input and assumptions
what your identity is built on, from the ground up.
+belief = story × feeling

the core equation. a belief is a story (conscious and unconscious thought) multiplied by a feeling (emotion plus physical sensation). change either side and the belief changes. this is why information alone never shifts one — the feeling has to move too.

find itthe anatomy of belief (mar ’26)

+the belief–outcome gap

when a belief and a desired outcome don’t match, the outcome feels unattainable. the gap is filled by language, conscious & unconscious thought, attitude, the people in your field, body charge, and identity. close these and the gap closes.

find itthe anatomy of belief (mar ’26)

+language is primary

the first lever. “move away from” language in an outcome statement keeps you tethered to what you don’t want. rewrite it as “move toward.” this is the same move-toward language that opens step 1.

find itthe anatomy of belief (mar ’26)  ·  outcome creation process

+origins: fu · cu · ru

beliefs are installed by your family of origin, culture of origin, and religion of origin. the biological “hard drive” loads from ages 0–3.5, and the brain stays highly receptive through 6–7, absorbing the stories around it. the question to ask any belief: is that even mine? who said that to me?

find itthe anatomy of belief (mar ’26)

+belief → habit → pattern → identity

beliefs form habits, habits produce patterns, patterns build identity. the ham cut to fit a pan that no longer exists: a habit can outlive its reason by decades. you don’t stop a habit — you replace it with a more acceptable one. an identity built without the supporting beliefs underneath it won’t hold.

find itthe anatomy of belief (mar ’26)

+rewriting: story first, then feeling

step one is to rewrite the story — write the existing one, then write it as you want it. (this is the spine of your mother’s money story, and it works on any belief, not just money.) then reset the feeling: pattern interrupts — a different route, rearranged furniture, sleeping a new direction — paired with a new elevated emotion attached to the rewritten story.

find itthe anatomy of belief (mar ’26)  ·  your mother’s money story

+rewiring the subconscious

the early-childhood programming lives in lower brainwave states, so that’s where it’s rewritten — through meditation, hypnosis, breathwork, or grounding. grounding is the simplest, most available way to shift state and begin.

find itthe anatomy of belief (mar ’26)

+people in your field & body charge

the people around you move your trajectory — weigh your concentric circles. a real belief shift can bring a season of isolation as the field changes. and you need the charge to run a higher-frequency belief: available atp and magnetic charge are what let you hold the new belief and co-regulate the people around you.

the depth

turn the spiral on its side

the flat four-step wheel is only the top view. tilt it and it becomes a spiral that climbs — the spiral of transformation. this is where the becoming happens (and where most people bounce out before the benefit).

+the spiral auger forward

+the void / softening into your edge

the fertile space between naming a desire and receiving it. soften into your new capacity — keep your shape, don't collapse, don't shrink yourself to be acceptable.

+the inflection point

where the curve changes — collapse after expansion, the upper limit. either you build more capacity to keep climbing, or you take the slide down.
